- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the terms below.
- All items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags attached. Please place back in original packaging to return. Ensure garments are folded and bags are packed flat or in original form. Returns must be sent back to A & B within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted.
- Returns which conform to our policies will be eligible for a refund to the original method of payment, a store credit, or an exchange.
- Our apologies, there are no refunds on gift cards.
- Clearance, Final Sale items and Personalized letters are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact customer support. We are happy to replace these packages, however we do require you file a claim with the carrier and/or local law enforcement. We’ll be here every step of the way to ensure you get your package returned or replaced.
