Q. I placed my order today, how long will it take to arrive?
We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours. However, please note that all items are handmade and as such, we do occasionally take a few days longer to ship your beautiful handmade product. Once shipped, your order should arrive roughly 3-5 business days later.
Q. My order has shipped, how long until it arrives?
Our carriers include DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We ship priority and most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
Q. How can I get a hold of customer service?
A cheerful customer service representative will be happy to help! Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 9 am EST to 5 pm EST. Shoot us an email or give us a call anytime and we’ll get back to you within 24 business hours.

Q. Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from India where all of our beautiful items are handmade! Don’t worry, shipping is fast, safe, secure, and FREE for orders above $100.
Q. My order is lost! What do I do?

Q. Are all of your items handmade?
Yes! All of our items are handmade in India by local artisans.
Q. Is your company Fair Trade?
Fair Trade is a special certification that ensures that a company pays extra for every item made in a factory. This extra money is put into a pool and given to the workers. They vote on how to spend the money. This is only an option when you don’t own your own facilities. At A&B, we own our own facilities and as such, we are able to do WAY MORE than just practice a Fair Trade money pool. We pay our workers fair wages, we provide many benefits including health care and maternity leave, we even offer higher education scholarships for the children of our employees. Bottom line, our employees are like family to us and we make sure we enrich their lives like they enrich ours with their skills, talent, and enthusiasm.
Q. Is your company sustainable?
We strive to constantly improve our sustainable practices at A&B. We work to reduce our carbon footprint by upcycling, harvesting rainwater, and eliminating harsh chemicals from our production practices. We also work to use only sustainable materials such as jute and wool rather than cotton and polyester.
Q. I accidentally put the wrong information on my order, help!
No problem! Email us directly at email@example.com and we will get your info corrected right away.
Q. How can I track my order?
Please check your email, we email you tracking info as soon as your order ships. You can always sign in to your account to check your order status and details.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
That depends. We follow all applicable tax laws and some states and/or countries require us to charge sales tax. If tax is required, it will show up on your order prior to check out so you know exactly what you’re being charged.
Q. When will I receive my refund?
We process all returns within 7-10 business days of receipt. Please note, some carriers take longer than others and due to Covid, some returns may not arrive for 7-14 days. Once your return is processed, we issue a credit immediately but your financial institution may take 3-5 business days to process the credit. However, you can always call or email us for an update!
Q. Can I cancel an order?
We are happy to help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order. However, we do reserve the right to deny cancelation if the order has already shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel your order.
Q. How much will it cost to ship my order?
Most orders above $100 ship for free. However, there are a few places in the world that are considered remote territories and these areas will incur a small shipping fee. You’ll be notified at check out if your area is remote. All USA orders over $100 ship for FREE. For orders under $100, it’s a flat $9.99 for shipping.
