We accept returns of unused, undamaged products with original tags and packaging within 30 days of order delivery. Items must be in resalable condition: garments folded, bags flat or in original form.
Eligible returns can be refunded to the original payment method, issued as store credit, or exchanged for another item or size.
Return Processing Details:
A flat $8 return processing fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.
If you use your own carrier, you are responsible for shipping costs.
We do not accept COD or third-party billing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your return lowers the total value below the free shipping threshold, a $9.99 shipping deduction will apply.
