We offer free international shipping on all orders above $100 unless otherwise noted during promotional periods.
Delivery Timelines
- Non-personalized items: 5–6 business days
- Personalized items: 7–10 business days
- Shipping fees may apply to remote locations - final charges will be shown
at checkout.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before delivery.
America & Beyond does not cover these charges.
Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, click here to visit our Return Center or
email support@americaandbeyond.com with your Order ID and reason.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging
with tags attached
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in resalable condition (e.g., garments folded, bags in
original packaging)
Returns Options:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
- Exchange for a different item or size
Return Terms:
- A flat $8 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds
- If using your carrier, you are responsible for shipping fees
- No COD or third-party billing accepted
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If your return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, a
$9.99 deduction applies
- Please allow 7–10 business days from the warehouse receipt for your
refund to be processed
- Gift cards are non-refundable

International Returns
We accept international returns, but do not provide return labels outside the U.S.
Contact support@americaandbeyond.com for return authorization.
Once approved, return your item at your own cost, postmarked within 30 days.

Duties/taxes not paid at checkout are non-refundable
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost or stolen:
- File a claim with the carrier (lost packages), or file a police report (stolen
packages), and share the closing report
Once verified, we’re happy to send a replacement per our policy.
Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this
window, they may already be in processing or transit.
