Shipping

We offer free international shipping on all orders above $50* unless stated otherwise during limited-time promotions.

Dispatch Timelines:

• Non-personalized products: 1–3 business days

• Personalized products: 3–5 business days

Delivery Timelines:

• Non-personalized items: 2–5 business days

• Personalized items: 7–10 business days

Shipping rates may apply for certain remote regions. International orders (outside the USA) may be subject to customs and duty fees. These are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before delivery. America & Beyond does not cover these charges.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, click here to visit our Return Center or email support@americaandbeyond.com with your Order ID and reason.

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products with original tags and packaging within 30 days of order delivery. Items must be in resalable condition: garments folded, bags flat or in original form.

Eligible returns can be refunded to the original payment method, issued as store credit, or exchanged for another item or size.

Return Processing Details:

• A flat $8 return processing fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

• If you use your own carrier, you are responsible for shipping costs.

• We do not accept COD or third-party billing.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If your return lowers the total value below the free shipping threshold, a $9.99 shipping deduction will apply.

What Can’t Be Returned

• Gift cards

• Personalized items

• Final Sale / Clearance / Semi-Annual Sale items

• Pre-order items (exchange only)

• Items purchased from boutiques or third-party retailers

International Returns

We accept international returns, but do not provide return labels outside the U.S.
Contact support@americaandbeyond.com for return authorization. Once approved, return your item at your own cost, postmarked within 30 days.
A flat $8 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Duties/taxes not paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost or stolen:

• File a claim with the carrier (for lost)

• File a police report (for stolen)

• Then contact support@americaandbeyond.com

Once verified, we’re happy to send a replacement per our policy.

Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they’re likely already in the shipping process.
