The pouch closes with a zip, keeping your belongings safe and sound in its well-lined interiors, and the top flap closes from the front to disguise this as a lovely little shoulder bag! It also sports a zip on the inside to give you the ease of storage.
Options are everything! And so we ensure you have them all. This shoulder bag comes with two strap options - a longer detachable chain strap for when you want to use this as a cross-body bag and an embellished shoulder strap for other days!

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products with original tags and packaging within 30 days of order delivery. Items must be in resalable condition: garments folded, bags flat or in original form.
Eligible returns can be refunded to the original payment method, issued as store credit, or exchanged for another item or size.
Return Processing Details:
A flat $8 return processing fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.
If you use your own carrier, you are responsible for shipping costs.
We do not accept COD or third-party billing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your return lowers the total value below the free shipping threshold, a $9.99 shipping deduction will apply.

File a claim with the carrier (for lost)
File a police report (for stolen)

Once verified, we’re happy to send a replacement per our policy.
