Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, click here to visit our Return Center or

email support@americaandbeyond.com with your Order ID and reason.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging
  with tags attached
• Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be in resalable condition (e.g., garments folded, bags in
  original packaging)

Returns Options:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Store credit
• Exchange for a different item or size
  

Return Terms:

• A flat $8 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds
• If using your carrier, you are responsible for shipping fees
  
• No COD or third-party billing accepted
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• If your return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, a
  $9.99 deduction applies
• Please allow 7–10 business days from the warehouse receipt for your
  refund to be processed
• Gift cards are non-refundable

We accept international returns, but do not provide return labels outside the U.S.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost or stolen:

• File a claim with the carrier (lost packages), or file a police report (stolen
  packages), and share the closing report

Once verified, we’re happy to send a replacement per our policy.

Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this
window, they may already be in processing or transit.
