Shipping

We offer free international shipping on eligible orders over $125 (before applicable taxes and duties), unless otherwise noted during promotional periods.

Remote-area shipping surcharges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

For international orders outside the United States, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. America & Beyond is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

Each piece is handcrafted with love and care by Indian artisans. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days after order confirmation. Delivery occurs after shipment and depends on the carrier, destination, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control. Final shipping charges, including any remote-area surcharges, will be shown at checkout.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you with a revised estimated ship date. You may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, click here to visit our Return Center or email  support@americaandbeyond.com with your Order ID.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with tags attached
• Submit your return request within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition, free from signs of wear, stains, odors, alterations, or damage, with original packaging, tags, and the A&B label intact.

Please Note: All returns require prior return authorization through our Return Center or Customer Support. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or experience processing delays.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@americaandbeyond.com within 30 days of delivery with your Order ID and photographs of the issue.

Returned items will be inspected by our warehouse team. If the defect or error is confirmed, the $8 processing fee and return shipping charges will be waived, and we will provide a replacement or exchange, as applicable.

Return Terms:

• A flat $8 processing fee will be deducted from approved buyer-remorse returns. This fee does not apply to returns approved as damaged, defective, or incorrect following inspection by our warehouse team.
• If using your carrier, you are responsible for shipping fees
  
• No COD or third-party billing accepted
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• If your return reduces the value of items kept below the free-shipping threshold, a $9.99 original-shipping recovery fee will be deducted from the refund. This deduction does not apply to approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims.
• Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your payment provider, additional time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
• Gift cards are non-refundable

Refused Shipments or Undeliverable Orders

If a shipment is refused or returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failed to accept delivery, or failed to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or other government charges, America & Beyond may deduct any original shipping charges, return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs charges, or similar expenses incurred from any eligible refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Refunded.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law:

Gift cards
Personalized items
Final Sale / Clearance / Semi-Annual Sale items
Items purchased from boutiques or third-party retailers

Pre-order items are not eligible for return or refund. They may only be exchanged if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is confirmed upon inspection by our warehouse team. Any approved exchange will be for the same item only and is subject to product availability.

International Returns:

We accept international returns, but we do not provide return labels outside the U.S. Contact support@americaandbeyond.com for return authorization before shipping your return.

Once approved, return your item at your own cost. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated in your return authorization.

An $8 processing fee applies to approved buyer-remorse international returns. Use a trackable shipping method. America & Beyond is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar government charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contactsupport@americaandbeyond.comwith your Order ID and tracking number.

Lost in Transit: If tracking has not updated or the carrier confirms the package is lost before delivery, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. After reviewing the carrier's investigation and any supporting information, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

Marked Delivered but Missing or Stolen:If tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, and the carrier. We may request a carrier claim, police report, or information, depending on the circumstances, before approving a replacement.

Cancellations:
Customer-requested cancellations or modifications may be accepted within 1 hour of order placement. After this window, orders may already be in processing or transit, and cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed.
