generations of knowledge, and their artistry gives A&B its signature soul.

We don’t just create jobs we build communities. In our primary production ecosystem, we support our full-time teams with healthcare, paid maternity leave and ongoing skill training, while working closely with artisan partners to strengthen local community initiatives.

All our hand-beaded bags are produced in-house in our own facility. For our apparel, we work with a small group of long-term artisan partners that we visit and audit regularly.

Our bags are produced by our long-term manufacturing partner, Bag Maker, whose Gurgaon facility is certified to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) v7.0 for selected styles. While America & Beyond does not operate this facility directly, we work closely with our production partner to align on quality, materials, and evolving sustainability practices.
