Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging
with tags attached
Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Items must be in resalable condition (e.g., garments folded, bags in
original packaging)

Return Terms:

A flat $8 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds
If using your carrier, you are responsible for shipping fees
No COD or third-party billing accepted
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If your return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, a
$9.99 deduction applies
Please allow 7–10 business days from the warehouse receipt for your
refund to be processed

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost or stolen:

File a claim with the carrier (lost packages), or file a police report (stolen
