Remote-area shipping surcharges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

For international orders outside the United States, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. America & Beyond is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

Each piece is handcrafted with love and care by Indian artisans. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days after order confirmation. Delivery occurs after shipment and depends on the carrier, destination, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control. Final shipping charges, including any remote- area surcharges, will be shown at checkout.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you with a revised estimated ship date. You may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law.
